Erin Carter
Interim Vice President | Denton EDP
Erin Carter, President of the Denton Chamber of Commerce, is serving as the Interim Vice President of the Denton Economic Development Partnership. Carter is a chamber veteran who has served as the Metrocrest Chamber President since 2016. Prior to leading the Metrocrest Chamber, she served the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce as both its Events & Communications Director and its Vice President of Program Development. Carter currently serves as Chair of the Winter Institute Board of Regents for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Trustee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Board Member of the North Texas Commission, Secretary of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary Club, Board Member of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Educational Foundation and Board Member of the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation.

Kendall Carlson
Economic Development Administrative Coordinator | Denton EDP
Kendall Carlson joined the Denton Economic Development Partnership in September, 2020. She is also the current Director of Marketing & Communications for the Denton Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Denton Chamber and Denton EDP, Kendall worked as a senior marketing manager for a global retail and multi-site facilities management association, as well as other local non-profit organizations. Kendall earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of North Texas and is a long-time Denton resident.

Kay Brown-Patrick

Kay Brown-Patrick recently joined the City of Denton’s Economic Development Department and is responsible for Denton’s business retention, expansion and workforce development efforts, and the City’s education and international partnerships. Kay has over 10 years of experience in Economic Development. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Administration from the University of North Texas. She is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute. She is a member of the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) , the International Economic Development Council (IEDC); were she serves on the Young Professionals Advisory Board and the Racism and Economic Development Committee, and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA); were she serves as Parliamentarian and on the Emerging Leaders Council.

Christina Davis
Economic Development Specialist | City of Denton
Christina Davis, Economic Development Marketing Specialist, joined the City of Denton Economic Development in September of 2006. Prior to working for the City of Denton, Christina worked eight years for the City of Modesto, CA, in the Business Development Division of Community & Economic Development, and the Modesto Redevelopment Agency. During her time in Modesto she was responsible for marketing Modesto, branding the Redevelopment Agency, and served as interim Business Analyst. Currently, Christina is the creative talent and editor for several economic development publications and coordinator for retail marketing programs for the City. Ms. Davis holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Valley Commercial College and is a certified Paralegal.

Dan Rosenfield
Economic Development Analyst | City of Denton
Dan Rosenfield joined the City of Denton’s Economic Development Department in August 2020. Prior to the City of Denton, he worked on the business development team for a Washington, D.C. consultancy. He has also served as a public affairs officer for the U.S. Air Force, where he focused on environmental and tribal affairs. Dan graduated from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Associate in Project Management.

Erica Sullivan joined the City of Denton’s Economic Development Department in 2008. Prior to her current position, she worked for the Heart of Texas Council of Governments for six years and most recently served as Director of Regional Services for the organization. Erica has over 15 years experience in government and 10 years in the Economic Development field. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute and the City of Denton's Leadership Certification Program. She is a member of the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) and has served on two of the association's committees. She was a speaker at the Technology Basics for Small Business Training in Denton, Texas in July 2009 and the Texas Environmental Trade Fair in Austin, Texas in May 2007.
